Chris Casey was very helpful and informative even though he was dealing with 2 OAPs!! And he gave us coffee! The car was immaculate inside and out and the petrol tank was half full which was appreciated.

I waited four months for a part to be fitted to my vehicle purchased in July. In that time the dealership was notified of two other malfunctions but only one has been addressed. Also sales person promised to supply service book - still waiting.

They cleaned my car for me which was a nice added extra but with the actual MOT process and also the service team member who served me not believing me when I said what work I had done there before was not great.
Staff go out of their way to please
Part of the service was putting on winter wheels and tires. The winter tyres are directional and the front pair were put on the wrong side. I noticed it and it was quickly rectified.
Communication excellent on day - the only reason I haven't given completely is that my car was vacuumed (thank you) but not the boot!

I was at Bluebell for nearly 3 hours because along with the service I had to have work done on the brakes. Everything was explained to me and an explanation of the final report.I could have been awash with coffee if I had accepted all the offers.
