Easy to deal with and response to customer has been good.
As I previously mentioned, the level of customer service I experienced from Mark was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble & he went above & beyond in helping to ensure the handover went as smooth as possible. I can't thank him enough.
Because we think you give excellent service both in the sales department and the after sales department polite and helpful staff.
Good experience with staff but hard sell on extras. Disappointed with the eventual trade in which was significantly less than that agreed when my finances were worked out. My trade in car was not in good shape at the end but I suffered financially.

What should've been done in half a day, took 3. Disappointed that work took this long when i'd taken my MINI car to a MINI centre with MINI trained techs. Sales guys also only smile for new clients which doesn't make you feel like a "valued" customer
They weren't bothered by the lateness of my car. I was compensated £40 for having to wait 3 weeks for my car. It cost me more than that to keep changing my car Insurance.

Car failed mot on windscreen wiper fault but hardly any problem and I think it should have passed with perhaps a warning to change soon instead of making me pay an extortionate price for new blades!!

At the time it was pleasant but the issue with the car was already known and no-one bothered filling the car with fuel despite being charged for it.

Car is supposed to be set to long life servicing but is flagging up another service due in 2 months. Still not received a call back. Difficult to get through to service department to book.
2 week wait to book car in,dropped car 0830 had to call at 4pm to see if ready as not heard anything. Advised no charge for work carried out, next day received phone call asking for payment as they had made an error & work needed paying for!
