Car is supposed to be set to long life servicing but is flagging up another service due in 2 months. Still not received a call back. Difficult to get through to service department to book.

2 week wait to book car in,dropped car 0830 had to call at 4pm to see if ready as not heard anything. Advised no charge for work carried out, next day received phone call asking for payment as they had made an error & work needed paying for!

Wrong information was given - was booked in for mot and service and only the mot was done. Had to wait a very long time for my retest even though they only had to inspect a tyre

Customer care on the day by Chloe was fantastic. However, concerned whilst booking I was told cost of service was inc. in tlc package, only to be re-contacted stating terms & cond. had changed & I would need to pay £150 but special offer of £99!.....
