I had complained that the clutch on my car was very near the top and on the report it said "that the clutch seemed to be OK" which was not very satisfactory
I was at Bluebell for nearly 3 hours because along with the service I had to have work done on the brakes. Everything was explained to me and an explanation of the final report.I could have been awash with coffee if I had accepted all the offers.
Adam the service manager was excellent, nothing was to much trouble for him, I was unwell so he arranged for my mini to be returned to me. Customer service was 100%

The bmw garage was fine but on arrival parking was difficult and the service waiting area full. I understand that a Saturday morning is busy so it's not a complaint more of an observation and I do like the convenience of Saturday services.

The car problem was well known and diagnosed before they inspected the vehicle , however the vehicle was still out of our use for a whole day
I was disappointed that I had to send my MINI in for service as the issue was supposed to have been resolved pre-purchase. However the issue was dealt with smoothly and all seems to be ok now.
Car cleanliness ( based on two visits) not up to what I would expect and 2 hrs for a brake fluid change! Not good.
Great service in a relaxed but business environment. Never feels too pushy or rushed into a decision. Always feel like you are there to get me the best deal for me.

Initially I was booked in for a 48 hour test drive upon enquiring about the mini convertible. I was then told I could only keep the car for 24 hours. Since liaising with a different advisor everything has been top notch
